Well-Done Inspections is locally owned and operated by Weldon (Casey) Moore, an independent real estate investor and contractor who was buying, remodeling and repairing homes in the Lake Highlands and White Rock Lake area of Dallas, Texas, before he started his home DFW home inspection business. With over 15 years of professional experience in the home building and and residential/commercial property industries, Casey brings a wealth of experience and attention to detail to his inspections. Technical Home Inspection Services I don't guess on my findings. I continue to use advanced high tech natural gas, carbon monoxide leak detectors, electrical fault equipment, temperature and an array of lasers & levels to confirm the findings throughout the property.
Same Day Report - You will receive your thoroughly detailed comprehensive home inspection report (not a quick novice type checklist form produced on-site) before end of day. My reports are thorough, proofread, easy to read, and categorized for easy understanding.
Home Maintenance Recommendations - During your inspection, I will include a maintenance recommendation section that will help to keep your home lasting for a good long time and your components in top condition. Insured: I carry sufficient E&O and General Liability Insurance on all home inspections performed.
