Pool Inspections
 Swimming Pools and Spas can be an extremely enjoyable addition to any home. They can also be extremely expensive epically if something has gone wrong. If you are buying a home with a swimming pool and or a spa, hot tub, Jacuzzi, you should think about hiring a home inspector that can also inspect the pool for proper operation.
Most home inspectors know how to inspect the surface of a pool, but I've completed additional training and exams by the National Swimming Pool Foundation to earn additional Swimming Pool Operator and Swimming Pool Inspector certifications which gives me the ability to inspect all of the following areas of your pool or spa:
